Domestic use

Blood clots—

Durba is a great anticoagulant. If any place is cut, durbaghas beet or chewed and applied to the injured area and tied well for 24 hours, the bleeding stops immediately, the cut area heals, and no pus and pain.

In bilious disease—

Bleeding that occurs suddenly from the mouth, anus, or rectal area and the patient continues to feel well, generally called clotted blood. However, if this bleeding is persistent or the patient feels increasingly weak, 12 grams of durbar juice with a little sugar will stop the bleeding.

Bleeding from the nose-
